The Nyala Conference Room is our dedicated conference venue, with the Rosewood Venue hosting larger conferences and events of up to 300 delegates. Both are air-conditioned, supported by backup generators, and configured to your requirements, with breakaway sessions available on request.

Nyala Conference Room
Our dedicated conference room is a large, modern facility with its own private entrance, foyer and ample parking. An in-room coffee and food station keeps sessions running, with the restaurant a short walk away. Ideal for meetings, training, workshops and team building.

Rosewood Venue
A multi-use, open and spacious venue with four access points, a covered deck and its own bar. Roller blinds provide privacy and excellent sound projection, with bathroom facilities and the dining area close by. Suited to larger conferences, gala dinners, product launches and post-conference networking.

Built around your programme
Everything is quoted per delegate, per day. Day packages cover the venue, the equipment and the catering. Residential packages add dinner, breakfast and a boutique room, then hand the rest of the estate to your team. Current rates are issued with your proposal.

Conference hours run 08:00 to 17:00 unless arranged otherwise. Sessions running past the allocated hours are charged at an hourly overtime rate, pro rata. Additional equipment can be arranged at cost, so tell us what you need.
Residential packages
Corporate Package
The full residential day. Conference kit and four catering breaks, dinner at one of our two eateries, breakfast at Governors House and a 4-star boutique room. Add a wine and dine evening, a 5km trail walk, a picnic or a golf cart tour of the estate.
Corporate Retreat
The same residential day, with a spa voucher for every delegate to spend on a treatment of their choice at the onsite beauty spa. Built for teams that need to think rather than sprint, with yoga or meditation sessions on request.
Corporate Team Building
The residential day with the afternoon handed to golf. A professional demonstration, driving range challenges and a putting competition with a prize, on a course ranked in South Africa's top 100. No golf experience needed.

Delegates stay where they gather
No shuttles, no late arrivals, no one driving home after dinner. The conference venues, the rooms and both restaurants sit within a few minutes walk of each other on the same estate.

Twenty-four rooms
Twenty-four boutique rooms, each with air-conditioning, free WiFi and a private patio or balcony looking over the course and the bush beyond. Breakfast is served at Governors House, and turndown is done while your delegates are still at dinner.

Conference hours
Standard hours run 08:00 to 17:00. Anything beyond that is arranged in advance and charged as overtime, per hour or part thereof, pro rata.
Getting here
Schafli Road, between Chintsa West and Chintsa East, roughly 30km from East London and its airport. Ample secure parking sits beside both venues, with a private entrance serving the Nyala Conference Room.
