Governors House offers contemporary dining with a warm, family-friendly touch. Guests can enjoy indoor seating or relaxed al fresco dining on the veranda, overlooking a large, level lawn where children can play freely.

For a more refined evening, guests can enjoy our signature Chef’s Table mystery menu and Wine & Dine evenings, featuring a fine dining influence with carefully paired wines.
Enjoy our popular Sunday Roast à la carte menu, served from 11:00 to 15:00 every Sunday. Booking ahead is strongly recommended, as tables fill quickly.

GROUP BOOKINGS: For groups of 15 to 20 guests, a set menu chosen from the restaurant’s menu is mandatory, and an R100 deposit per person is required to secure the booking. Groups larger than 20 require private venue hire — please speak to our events team about the options.
