Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to joinus@olivewoodestate.comThe following cancellation terms will apply:
Off-Peak Periods
30 days or more prior to arrival: Refund will apply.
29–15 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee payable.
14–8 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee payable.
7 days or less prior to arrival, or in the case of a no-show: 100% cancellation fee payable.
Peak Periods
For bookings during designated peak periods, the following cancellation policy will apply:
More than 90 days prior to arrival: Full refund (0% cancellation fee).
89 days or less prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee payable.Peak period dates will be advised at the time of booking and may vary.
Group Bookings
Group bookings of 12 or more rooms the following cancellation policy will apply:
More than 60 days prior to arrival: Refund will apply.5
9 days or less prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee payable.
